  • I want to send an e-card to someone else

    To send an e-card to someone other than yourself, a verification code is required. Please follow these steps:

    1. The intended recipient of the e-card must visit the Customer Web App and click on Profile and then -> Sign Up

    2. The email address they enter in this profile must be entered exactly as the purchaser entered when purchasing the E-Card as ‘the reipients email address’.

    3. Once the recipient has entered their information to Create Account -> Send Verification Code and follow instructions to verify.

    4. Once verified, click on Continue -> Home Tab -> Gift Cards. This is where the QR code of the e-card can be found.

    *If the recipients email address is not identical to what the purchaser entered, the account will not verify and the E-Card cannot be re-routed. A refund will be required.

  • How do I store the e-card on my phone?

    E-Cards are stored as a QR code in our Customer Web App. Please follow these steps:

    1. Please visit the Customer Web App in any web-based browser.

    2. After signing in, follow the prompt to save the CWA tile to your devices homescreen as a bookmark.

    3. Click on Add to Home Screen -> “Add” on the next screen.

    4. The CWA tile will then be saved on your home screen and appear as if it’s a native app.

    5. E-Cards are redeemable at any of our Autostrada locations.
